I have worked in customer service in one aspect or another for almost 30 years. I graduated from NC Central University (Eagle Pride!) in 2000 with a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. At the time I was working for a local company managing their call center.
Jobs in my degree field were frozen at the time I graduated so I decided to stay in the field that I know best – customer service. I moved to TN and worked for a travel company in their call center. When I moved back to NC, I joined WTE as the support manager. With everything I've been able to learn at WTE over the years, I was able to create and design a website for my sister's non-profit Reggie's Legacy, which the company always sponsors each year as part of our WTE Cares program.
