I manage and oversee all phases of custom software development projects for many of our clients; with a focus on our banking, healthcare, and ecommerce websites. I work directly with clients to understand their needs, developing project scope and specifications for the WTE Development and Design teams. I review, test, and QA projects prior to overseeing implementation. I also manage website creation and development for new banking, healthcare, and ecom clients.

I have a B.S. degree from Florida State University, where I studied Merchandising and Marketing (Go Noles!). I began working in brick-and-mortar retail store management in Georgia and Florida. I then moved into B2B sales in the food industry, representing multiple brands including Tyson, Land O’Lakes, and Smucker’s to clients across South Florida. The next phase of my path was in sales management for a Cincinnati-based Fortune 500 company, where I spent many years managing B2B sales representatives across south Florida before finding my home with WTE.
I started with WTE in 2009 as a sales director, designing and implementing a sales process and training program while overseeing a new sales team. Next, I began taking on Project Management for some clients, then focused on custom software development projects and website development for our custom e-commerce platform: PointShop Enterprise. After goals for the ecom platform were achieved, I started to work with our banking customers. Now I work with an array of banking, healthcare, and ecommerce clients, overseeing custom development projects.
