I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and graduated from the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh, North Carolina, in 2006. I'm nationally certified by NCBTMB and am an Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals member. Sadly, I don't often get to use my massage expertise within WTE; I'm more likely to use my tech skills to monitor servers, troubleshoot tech issues, and communicate with clients after hours. Massage and IT may seem a funny combination of skills. Still, I joined the company in 2007, helping our ecommerce clients with content management, and moved into troubleshooting and after-hours support.
