The holiday shopping season is right around the corner. Use your store messaging to attract more holiday shoppers and increase online sales with these simple tips.
Today more customers check return windows and policies before buying, and businesses with a return policy annotation typically see a 3% increase in average order size and conversion value (according to Google shopping analytics). Boost your sales by adding your return policies–including any exceptions for certain items and extended holiday return windows–to your product listings. You can do this for specific products inside your product descriptions, or by putting the same text on every product page easily using your PointShop Messages function (it will only take 2 minutes using our tech).
Around two thirds of customers check shipping price and speed before they check out. Help them choose your business by displaying all your shipping info with your product listings. It'll only take 2 minutes by using your PointShop Messages function.
To add a message to every product, log into your SiteAdmin and choose the Content menu. Click Messages and then find the message called “Product: Text for all products”. Click the blue MANAGE button and include your special message and/or a link to your Shipping Rates and Policy page.
